Fruit Characteristics:
Harvest indicators include a change in rind colour from dark green to a mid-green mottled appearance, the development of netting on the skin, and a change in the groundspot colour from light green to bright yellow. Large to extra-large sized fruit with weight of 2.8 - 4.2kg. The fruit shape is long oval to oval. The fruit have firm, white flesh, with very good flavour and high brix, with very long shelf life and medium seed cavity.
