Variety Characteristics
Fruit Characteristics: Harvest indicators include net development, a change of the rind colour from olive green to light yellow and cracking around the peduncle.
Large-sized fruit with a weight of 1.9 – 2.5 kg.
The shape is round-oval with a well-developed net.
COLORSPRING has a bright orange flesh colour, firm flesh texture, high brix and excellent flavour. The fruit has a long shelf life.
Climate: Optimum germination temperature: 25°C to 28°C, night temperature not lower than 18°C.
Optimum growth temperatures at night are 18 - 20°C, and day 24 - 30°C, and for ripening 15 - 25°C.
Yield Potential: Very high yield potential.
