RUBY GLACE is a red, open Batavia lettuce that is ideal for the single cut sandwich leaf market as well as processing. With leaves that separate easily, a single cut revealing very uniform, small dark red leaves, and minimal to no-green colour at the base of the leaf with a well-defined dark red frilly leaf edge, RUBY GLACE adds beautiful red colour and texture to your leafy mixes.
Its updated disease package has exceptional Bremia resistance to races 16-25 EU, and added Nasonovia Ribisnigri resistance, giving growers assurance that their disease resistance needs are cared for.
